Admission Requirements

Completion of l0+2 / P.D.C. / H.S.E./intermediate with any optional subjects . Students who have completed Intermediate Vocational (Nursing) are also eligible. Both male & female candidates are eligible.

Course Duration & Course Medium

3 years full time and 6 months of Internship (Total 3 1 / 2 years). Medium of Course in : ENGLISH

Course Description

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a Diploma course in nursing and prepares the nurses for first level and middle level positions in nursing both in hospitals and community.GNM Programme is geared to meet the health needs of the country, community and the individual.GNM Programme will serve as a basis for advanced study and specification in nursing the B.Sc (Nursing), M.Sc.(Nursing) etc.,

Scheme of Examination

Examinations shall be conducted by the Director of Medical Education, at the end of each Academic year and a supplementary examination will also be conducted.

in order to be a successful pharmacist, One must have a liking for life sciences and medicines. An ability to put hard work, strong logical thinking, a sense of responsibility, patient counseling skills and some of the qualities needed for pharmacist strong analytical abilities and strong academic foundations are needed in the field of research,. Admission Requirements

  • A pass in intermediate / 10+2/P.D.C. / H.S.E. / NOS with Biology, Physical & Chemistry as optional subjects for SC, ST. & B.Sc. students are with 50% of marks for OC. Students in aggregate English and group subjects. Candidates who have completed intermediate (vocational nursing) are also eligible.
  • Students should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of year of admission.
  • Both male and female candidates are eligible.

Course Description

• B.Sc. (Nursing) is designed to Provide advanced theoretical and Practical concepts by course works. The Philosophy underlying B.Sc. (Nursing) is to enable our students to deal with many facets of nursing and health care. This course covers wide range of theoretical perspectives and it maintains a strong practical focus, so you will be able to put everything that you learn to good use in real world.
B.Sc. (Nursing) curriculum includes a broad spectrum of scientific, critical thinking humanistic, communication and leadership skills including specific course on advanced specialties which are not typically included in Diploma and other allied courses.

  • Minimum educational Qualification is GNM (N) with 55% of aggregate marks.
  • The candidate should have undergone GNM (N) in an INC recognized institution.
  • Minimum one year of experience after GNM (N) after registration.
  • Should be medically fit.

M.Sc. Nursing

2 Years full time.. Medium of Course in : ENGLISH shall be the medium of instruction.

Course Objective

To prepare Nurse specialists, educators & Administrators in a Professional setting.
